UX Designer

Location: Dallas/Austin/Seattle

We are looking for a talented designer to join our UXD team.

What you’re offering…

You’re a Visual Designer who knows how PSDs translate to browsers and devices. Creating user flows, wireframes, and service diagrams sounds exciting because you understand design is more than decoration. You want to work on a team where everyone makes each other better. You’re really good in front of clients and you like presenting your own work.

Bonus points if your portfolio includes some dynamic web applications and ecommerce sites (as opposed to only brochure-ware websites) and/or you like writing HTML & CSS.

• Our salaries are very competitive.
• You’ll have your choice of a shiny new mac or pc – your call.
• Our headquarters are in an A-class office building on the Dallas North Tollway.
• We put in a reasonable 40-hour work week and our work hours are flexible. Work from 9–5 or 11–7 or 6–3 or whatever schedule suits you, as long as it’s M–F and basically during the daytime, go for it!
• We offer a generous overtime rate, which you can take advantage of at your discretion. Nobody will ever demand you come in on Saturday.
• We also offer company stock, health insurance, dental insurance, etc. etc.
